All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Please allow for additional processing time during peak sales periods, Christmas, EOFY & Black Friday. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on items in your cart & location.

AUSTRALIA:
Australia Post Standard Shipping: $10 - $25
Australia Post Express Shipping: $20 - $30
NEW ZEALAND:
Australia Post Express International Shipping
UNITED KINGDOM:
Minimum Spend of £135 required to ship to the United Kingdom
Express international shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Note: Import duties apply at customers expense.
UNITED STATES:
DHL Express: a premium, expedited option
Australia Post international: Providing a standard delivery option
Select between two carrier options, both shipping DDP (tariffs & duties included)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent via Australia Post Express Shipping routes.
Shipping rates will vary based on order volume & location. International orders are sent as DDU shipments, meaning duties are unpaid (please read more below), with the exception of the United States.
We are currently shipping to over 30 countries, including:
New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Denmark, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine, India, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Switzerland.

Delivery timeframes are indicative only. CHOPIT is not in control of any shipping delays or transit issues that may occur once the consignment is in the hands of the carrier.
Australia:
2 - 4 business days via Australia Post Express
3 - 8 business days via Australia Post Standard
New Zealand:
3 - 10 business days via Express Post with Australia Post International
United States:
6 - 12 business days via Australia Post International
3-6 business days via DHL Express
International:
6 - 12 business days via Australia Post express services (DDU shipment)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS FEES
UNITED STATES: DDP Shipment
All orders shipped to the US include import duties, such as tariffs and custom fees. These costs have been added into the shipping cost, and you should not expect any additional costs on the arrival of your CHOPIT board.
INTERNATIONAL: DDU Shipment
All other international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total price at checkout. All shipments are sent as DDU shipments, delivered duties unpaid.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that any applicable fees will be paid upon delivery. CHOPIT is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
