All online orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during peak sales periods, Christmas, EOFY & Black Friday.
Australia:
$15 AUD Standard Shipping
$20 - $25 AUD Express Shipping
New Zealand:
$18 NZD Standard Shipping to New Zealand
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent via Express Shipping routes.
Shipping rates will vary based on order volume & location. They are sent as DDU shipments, meaning duties are unpaid (please read more below)

Delivery timeframes are indicative only. CHOPIT is not in control of any shipping delays or transit issues that may occur once the consignment is in the hands of the carrier.
Australia:
2 - 4 business days via Express Post
3 - 8 business days via Standard Post
New Zealand:
3 - 10 business days via Express Post with Australia Post
International:
6 - 12 business days via Australia Post express services (DDU shipment)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS FEES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total price at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that any applicable fees will be paid upon delivery. CHOPIT is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
