SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Please allow processing time during peak sales periods
Australia: Shipping with Australia Post, both Standard & Express available
New Zealand: Shipping with Australia Post Express International Shipping
United States: Shipping DDP (Delivered Duties Paid, tariffs & duties included)
International Shipping: Shipping DDU (delivered duties unpaid, import duties / taxes not included, read more below)
*All international shipments are sent via Australia Post Express Shipping routes.
TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes are indicative only. CHOPIT is not in control of any shipping delays or transit issues that may occur once the consignment is in the hands of the carrier.
Australia:
2 - 4 business days via Australia Post Express
3 - 8 business days via Australia Post Standard
New Zealand:
3 - 10 business days via Express Post with Australia Post International
United States:
6 - 12 business days via Australia Post International
3-6 business days via DHL Express
International:
6 - 12 business days via Australia Post express services (DDU shipment)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS FEES
United States: DDP Shipment
All orders shipped to the US include import duties, such as tariffs and custom fees. These costs have been added into the shipping cost, and you should not expect any additional costs on the arrival of your CHOPIT board.
All other International others (outside of Australia): DDU Shipment
All other international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total price at checkout. All shipments are sent as DDU shipments, delivered duties unpaid.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that any applicable fees will be paid upon delivery. CHOPIT is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
RETURNS
If in the unlikely event your CHOPIT board is faulty or damaged, please email us to arrange a refund, hello@chopitboards.com.au
