I truly love the product itself. It’s well made and and unique. Love the designs, and the quality is great! But what truly blew me away was the superb customer service. I messed up my boards, and because it was totally my fault, I hesitated contacting customer service… I ended up sending them an email, and Sienna’s above and beyond kind response was so pleasantly surprising. I loved my chopping boards the moment I unboxed them, but after going through this experience I have somehow ended up loving them more.!!!! Thank you CHOPIT team!

The shipping company left the parcel outside where it was stolen. As soon as I contacted customer support they responded immediately and sent a new board with a different shipping company. They saved the day & my friend loves her birthday present!!

I actually bought my niece this gorgeous pink board for her house warming gift ! I have stage 4 cancer so I wanted her to be able to think of me ( her fave auntie !) overtime she prepped her dinner !!! She loved it !!! So my daughter then wanted one so I bought her the pink too !!
