Especially Chopits Customer Service deserves a shout out. Sienna was extremely helpful when the postal service lost my board and got a replacement on the way immediately. Can only recommend.

I truly love the product itself. It’s well made and and unique. Love the designs, and the quality is great! But what truly blew me away was the superb customer service. I messed up my boards, and because it was totally my fault, I hesitated contacting customer service… I ended up sending them an email, and Sienna’s above and beyond kind response was so pleasantly surprising. I loved my chopping boards the moment I unboxed them, but after going through this experience I have somehow ended up loving them more.!!!! Thank you CHOPIT team!

The shipping company left the parcel outside where it was stolen. As soon as I contacted customer support they responded immediately and sent a new board with a different shipping company. They saved the day & my friend loves her birthday present!!
